Payment Policy for MedGala.in

1. Spot Payment for Domestic Orders (Order Total Below ₹30,000):

  • For domestic orders with a total value below ₹30,000, the payment will be settled using spot payment methods.
  • Customers can choose from various spot payment options, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets at the time of checkout.

2. Letter of Credit for Domestic Orders (Order Total Above ₹30,000):

  • For domestic orders with a total value exceeding ₹30,000, the payment will be settled using a Letter of Credit (LC).
  • Customers will be required to open an LC with a reputable financial institution, and payment will be made as per the terms and conditions specified in the LC.

3. Payment Schedule for International Orders:

  • For international orders, a payment schedule will be followed as follows:
    • 30% of the order total will be required for order confirmation. This payment can be made using spot payment methods.
    • The remaining 70% of the order total will be due when the shipping stock is ready for dispatch.
  • For the remaining 70%, customers are required to settle then or establish an irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC) with a reputable financial institution. The LC should be set up in accordance with our specifications.

4. Customized Orders:

  • For customized orders, a different payment schedule will apply:
    • 50% of the total order amount must be paid upfront using spot payment methods.
    • The remaining 50% of the order total will be due when the customized products are ready for shipment.
  • For the remaining 50%, customers are required to settle then or establish an irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC) with a reputable financial institution. The LC should be set up in accordance with our specifications.

  • Letter of Credit (LC) Payment Terms:
    • Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C): Medgala.in requires payment through an irrevocable letter of credit issued by a recognized international bank. Payment is only made upon presentation of compliant shipping documents as per the agreed terms.
  • Advance Payment Terms:
    • 100% Advance Payment: Medgala.in requires 100% of the order amount in advance before processing the order if the manufacturing company asks so. Goods will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
  • Payment Gateway and Online Payment Terms:
    • Credit Card Payment: Customers can make payment using major credit cards through our secure online payment gateway.
    • PayPal Payment: Medgala.in accepts payments via PayPal, ensuring a secure and convenient method for international customers.
  • Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) Payment Terms:
    • Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) in Advance: Payment is to be made via T/T in advance. The customer bears all bank charges related to the transfer.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD):
    • Cash on Delivery (COD): For specific regions or customers, Medgala.in may offer COD services where payment is made upon delivery, subject to additional charges.

  • Escrow Payment Terms:
    • Escrow Services: Medgala.in can utilize trusted escrow services where payment is held by a third-party until the goods are received by the customer, after which the funds are released to Medgala.in.
  • Cash Payment Terms (Local Currency):
    • Cash Payment (Local Currency): For local customers, payment can be made in Indian Rupees in cash, bank transfer, or through other locally accepted payment methods.
  • Bank Guarantee Payment Terms:
    • Bank Guarantee: For large orders, Medgala.in may accept payment in the form of a bank guarantee, which ensures payment upon fulfillment of the order terms.
